    Roast Turkey Breast – We season the bird with melted butter, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and parsley underneath and on the outside of the skin to produce a flavorful and juicy interior as well as crispy skin.  Enjoy this bone-in, double lobed turkey breast.  Just heat with a little broth, carve and serve or use it cold for salads, sandwiches and other leftover dishes.  7lb breast will serve 8-12 people.

    Smoked BBQ Chicken – BBQ done exquisitely! We make a chicken bbq rub which is liberally applied to the whole chicken before it is perched atop a can of beer.  During the cooking process, the beer steams and keeps the chicken moist from the inside, while allowing the skin on the outside to crisp.  We’ll chop the chicken, dress it with just  little bbq sauce and serve it with baked beans and our gruyere and cheddar mac and cheese and, of course, a sesame seed bun. $22

    Tuna Tataki Salad (G.F.) Tuna tataki is made from sushi grade tuna which is seared and dressed with fresno chilis, cilantro, scallion, and laid over a bed of greens.   You’ll get a Asian cucumber salad with the meal too.  $24

    Shepherd’s Pie (G.F.) – Yes, shepherd’s pie can be eaten in the summer as well as the fall.  Ours is made with a mixture of ground beef and ground lamb, Guinness stout, beef broth, onions, carrots, and fennel, and peas. Of course it is topped with whipped potatoes and baked.  Enjoy french green beans with the meal.  $22

    Grilled Chicken Breast with Mezze Salads (G.F.)  – After marinating the hormone-free chicken breast in a simple marinade, we grill it until moist.  You’ll also get several mezze sides.  A muhammara (roasted red pepper and walnut dip), tabouleh (barley, mint, dill, parsley, lemon juice, basil olive oil), veggies and olives.  $22

    Pork Tenderloin with Mexican Corn (G.F.) – We brine the pork tenderloin for 24 hours before we dust it with tam-pico de gallo spices and grill it.  Then we rub the corn with olive oil and char it on the grill.  We’ll add salt, pepper, cilantro and give you a Mexican crema on the side.  Enjoy with fresh red cabbage in a simple lime, olive oil, sugar, salt and pepper dressing.  $21
