Peruvian Chicken with Aji-Cilantro Sauce (G.F.) – You’ll get a breast or leg quarter marinated in a Peruvian garlic, lime, and pepper paste mixture. The chicken is grilled and served alongside a cilantro, yellow pepper paste, lime, cumin, garlic, honey and feta cheese sauce. Enjoy with arroz verde (rice that is green from cilantro) and grilled corn, avocado green salad. $20
Grilled Ribeye and Vegetables with Garlic and Rosemary (G.F.) – Grilled and sliced ribeye steak is served with a side of olive oil, smashed garlic, rosemary, and salt. We’ll also grill zucchini, corn, bell peppers, and tomatoes. $23
Roast Salmon and Pasta with Lemon Cream Sauce (G.F.) – We roast sides of salmon and break it up into chunks before tossing it with pasta and a sauce made from lemon, cream, dill, shallots, thyme and chicken broth. You’ll get a caesar salad too. $22
Shrimp Jambalaya (G.F.) – Celery, onion, green pepper, tomatoes, shrimp, andouille sausage, stock, and rice all combine to yield a great New Orleans classic. Enjoy with a large green salad. $22
Cuban Roast Pork – Garlic, onions, sour oranges, dark rum, and cumin make up the marinade for the pork shoulder. Then we put it in a heat heat oven to crisp the fat. Next we turn down the heat and slow cook the pork for another 6 hours creating a juicy, tender dish. Served with yellow rice and Cuban black beans. $22.
