Masaman Chicken – Heat a Skillet over Medium-high heat. Place the chicken and vegetables in the pan and heat while stirring for 5-6 minutes. Heat the jasmine rice with 1 Tbsp water in the microwave.
Ribeye with Gremolata – Preheat the oven to 400. Place the potatoes on a sheet pan and heat in the oven for 10-12 minutes. You may add the steak to the pan during the last 3 minutes to heat the meat to your desired temperature. Reheat the creamed spinach in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Pour the gremolata over the steak and enjoy.
Barramundi with lemon caper sauce – Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Place the brussel sprout and fish in the pan heating for 2 minutes on each side. Remove the brussel sprouts. Add the sauce to the fish in the pan, heating for an additional minute. Reheat the brown rice with 1 Tbsp water in the microwave.
Pork Tenderloin – Preheat the oven to 400F. Place the twice baked potato on a sheet pan and heat for 15 minutes or until potato is hot throughout. Place the pork medallions on the sheet tray heating for 5-8 minutes until just warmed through. Add the sauce over the top and continue to cook 1 more minute. Meanwhile, reheat the green beans in the microwave just until warmed through.
Shrimp Jambalaya – Place shrimp jambalaya in a small sauce pan and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
