Chicken Piccata – Heat a heavy skillet on medium high. Place the chicken, broccoli, pasta and sauce into the pan, tossing occasionally. Heat for 3-4 minutes until the chicken is warmed through.
Beef Stuffed Peppers- Preheat oven to 425F. Place the peppers onto a foil lined sheet pan and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the beef mixture is hot and the cheese on top is melted. Warm farro in the microwave for 1.5 minutes.
Miso Glazed Salmon – Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat. Place soba noodles, edamame, asparagus and salmon in the pan, covered, for 3 minutes on each side.
Mushroom and White Asparagus Risotto – Warm a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the risotto to the pan with ¼ cup water and stir until the water is incorporated (about 5 minutes). Alternatively, you may heat the risotto in the microwave adding 2 Tbsp water. Stir every 30 seconds.
Pork BBQ – Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the pork to the skillet and cover. Toss occasionally with tongs for 3-4 minutes. Alternatively, you may microwave the pork and mac and cheese in a microwave safe container, covered for 2-3 minutes. Mac and Cheese will take a little longer.
