Chicken Piccata – Warm a skillet over medium heat. Transfer the pasta , chicken, and sauce to the pan, cover, and heat for 4-5 minutes or until chicken is heated through. Add broccoli and heat for another minute.
Beef Tenderloin – Preheat the oven to 400F Place the potatoes on a foil-lined sheet pan and heat for 10 minutes. Add the steak and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the steak reaches desired temperature. Warm the sauce very gently in the microwave for 10 seconds. Warm the steamed vegetables in the microwave just until hot.
Fish with Romesco Sauce – Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Drizzle a Tbsp of olive oil into the pan, then add the potato/rutabaga rosti. Heat for 3 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and add another Tbsp of oil to the pan. Place the fish on the pan skin side down, cover, and heat for 4 minutes or until the fish is warmed throughout. Add the leeks, and cook for an additional minute.
Pork Tenderloin – Preheat the oven to 400F Place the pork on a foil-lined sheet pan and heat for 4-5 minutes or until pork is warmed through. Heat the orzo in the microwave. Gently warm the sauce in the microwave for 10 seconds.
Turkey Meatloaf – The meatloaf heats nicely in the microwave or a 400F oven. If using the oven, place the meatloaf on a foil-lined pan and heat for 7-10 minutes depending on the thickness of your piece. Heat the mashed potatoes and green beans in the microwave until hot too.
