    Macadamia Encrusted Grouper with Mango Salsa (G.F.) – Black Grouper, one of my favorite fish, is filleted into 6oz portions, crusted with chopped, roasted, macadamia nuts and a little parmesan-reggiano then pan fried in a butter/olive oil combination. You’ll get sticky white rice, roasted broccoli and a cool mango salsa for the fish. $25

    Chicken Satay Bowl – Enjoy chicken breasts that have been marinated in garlic, oyster sauce, tamari, saké, sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar.  The day after marinating, we grill the breasts, slice them and top the bowl with noodles, bell pepper, peanuts, and cabbage.  The peanut sauce dressing really makes the dish.  $21

    Ropa Vieja (G.F.) – A taste of Cuba in Atlanta.  We sear the beef chuck roast before adding beef stock, white wine, onions, peppers, tomatoes, along with cumin, paprika and oregano.  A long 6 hour braise ensures before we shred the beef and add whole Manzanilla green olives.  Enjoy with yellow rice and cuban black beans.  $22

    Manicotti with Caesar Salad – Fresh sheets of pasta make great shells for the ricotta and lemon zest filling. You’ll get 4 large manicotti AND a side caesar salad (enough for 1.5 -2 meals)  Don’t forget our signature marinara sauce on the side. $21

    Chicken Tortilla Soup with Tex-Mex Salad (G.F.) – We fire roast plenty of poblano peppers and use fresh jalapenos along with chicken breasts, fire roasted tomatoes, and chicken broth and annatto seeds to get that deep red color of the soup.  We’ll fry some corn tortillas, queso fresco, and sliced avocado to top the soup too.  Enjoy with a salad made of romaine, charred corn, tomatoes, cucumber, jack cheese and a cilantro vinaigrette. $21
