Seared Ahi Tuna Bowl (G.F.) – Tried and true. Ahi tuna steaks are lightly marinated then seared at very high heat on both sides before we chill and slice it. The tuna is served over jasmine rice, cucumbers, mango, carrot, avocado and arugula. Enjoy with our ginger sesame dressing. $24
Chicken Satay over Noodles (G.F.) – Grilled chicken, which has been marinated in oyster sauce, tamari, sesame oil, saké, turmeric and rice wine vinegar, is grilled then set over a bed of thin pasta and veggies. Our Thai peanut sauce is the perfect dressing for this bowl. $21
Tomato Pie and Fried Chicken Salad – Get Southern with us! If you’ve never had tomato pie, order this now. If you have had it, you can wait 5 minutes, then order it. Homemade pie crust rests on the bottom, then topped with fresh tomatoes, basil, sauteed Vidalia onions, a mayonnaise/yogurt combo with freshly grated cheddar and parmesan cheeses. This is paired with the perfect summer salad: Southern fried chicken, romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, red onion and slivered almonds. $21
Trio of Salads Part II – Watermelon Salad, Pesto Pasta, Greek with Gyro Salad. Our first trio of salads was so popular, we are offering part deux. Watermelon, arugula, feta cheese, basil and mint are presented with a simple olive oil and lime dressing on the side. Rotini pasta is tossed with a basil pesto, cherry tomatoes, and microgreens. And our greek salad is topped with sliced gyro meat. Greek dressing and tzatziki sauce are on the side. $21
Flank Steak with Corn Salsa – We marinate the flank steak for 24 hours in a tamari and garlic based marinade before we grill it to medium rare. Next we grill and then shave the kernels off the corncob. They are tossed with tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro, onion and lime juice to create a great summer salsa. Enjoy with grilled zucchini & yellow squash and roasted potatoes. $23
