Chicken Cacciatore – Classic and comforting, this Sicilian dish is everything you want it to be. Mushrooms, onion, celery, carrot, wine, tomatoes and herbs. That is the braising component which we will place browned chicken pieces into and allow to cook slowly until done. Served over linguine. You get a side salad too. $21
Skirt Steak Tacos (G.F.) – Skirt steak is one of those cuts of beef that absorbs the marinade and makes the meat even better. Our marinade is citrus based: oranges, limes, honey, and Chimayo chili powder. We grill the steak before cutting it in thin strips. We make our pico de gallo from the ripe tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime, and jalapenos. You’ll also get queso fresco, pickled red onion, and 3 corn tortillas. $22
Herb Crusted Salmon over Creamy Polenta (G.F. Available) – A host of herbs are combined with bread crumbs (let us know in the special instructions if you prefer gluten free bread crumbs) and coat the top of the salmon before being roasted. The salmon is perched atop a creamy polenta and topped with burst grape tomatoes. Served with steamed broccoli. $23
Chicken Satay Salad with Peanut OR Ginger Dressing (G.F.) – Boneless chicken thighs are marinated in a delicious combination of tamari, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and saké. Then we grill the chicken and place it on top of a napa cabbage, carrot, red cabbage, edamame, bell pepper and snap pea salad. Our peanut dressing is the perfect complement (let us know in the special instructions if you would rather have a ginger dressing which has no peanuts). $20
Turkey and Zucchini Sliders – Ground turkey breast and shredded zucchini makes for three burgers that will stay moist. The herbs and spices make it tastier. We’ll give you sumac yogurt sauce, green beans and fingerling potatoes. Oh, and three slider buns. $20
