Salmon and Vegetables in Papillote (G.F.) – First we make a compound butter with parsley, basil, and lemon zest to place atop the fresh salmon. Next, we’ll place spring asparagus, zucchini batons, shredded carrots and red onions next to the salmon and wrap all of it in a parchment paper envelope, allowing everything to cook together. Healthy and tasty too. Enjoy with brown jasmine rice. $22
Chicken Satay Noodle Bowl – Chicken is marinated in a combination of oyster sauce, tamari, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and saké then sauteed. We’ll toss the chicken with carrots, bell pepper, broccoli, and linguine noodles. All of this tossed with a spicy peanut sauce and topped with fresh peanuts. $20
Grilled Ribeye Steak (G.F.) – We season the ribeye steaks before placing them in a vacuumed sealed bag and immersing them in a circulating water bath. This sous vide method ensures an even cook to a perfect medium rare temperature. Lastly, we sear the steaks quickly for a texture. Enjoy with garlic potatoes and green beans. $23
Spicy Shrimp and Chickpea Salad (G.F.) – Gulf shrimp are tossed with fresno chiles, onion, cilantro and garlic then sauteed. We’ll set the base of the salad with arugula and chickpeas. A citrus dressing will be packaged on the side for you to toss with the whole dish. $22
Pork Carnitas Tacos (G.F.) – Pork and our mojo sauce are combined and slow roasted for hours. Corn salsa is made by charring and slicing it off the cob then mixed with cotija cheese, lime, cilantro, red onion, and jalapeno peppers. We’ll give you three corn tortillas to assemble your own tacos. $20
