Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry (G.F.)- Get your Chinese fix this week with our chicken stir fry. Bell pepper, broccoli, water chestnuts, celery, carrot, and snow peas and all stir fried quickly to ensure a crunchy texture. Then we stir fry the chicken breast before combining the meat and vegetables with our stir fry sauce made from ginger, tamari, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and saké. You’ll get white rice too. $21
Flank Steak with Chimichurri (G.F.) – Our flank steak is marinated with tamari, cider vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, and worcestershire. Then we grill it to medium rare. Our chimichurri sauce has mint, parsely, cilantro, olive oil, and red wine vinegar, blended. Enjoy with roasted root veggies and delicata squash. $23
Tuna Niçoise (G.F.) – Love seared ahi tuna? You’ll get plenty of tuna + hard boiled egg, haricots verts, roasted potato, grape tomatoes and nicoise olives. We’ll make a red wine vinaigrette and place it on the side. $24
Italian Sausage, White Bean and Kale Soup (G.F.) – Seared medium heat Italian sausage and Cannellini beans are married with Tuscan kale in a rich homemade chicken stock to make this classic Italian soup. Enjoy with a large chef salad. $22
Chicken Tinga Tacos (G.F.) – Diced tomatoes and chiles in adobo sauce are combined in a blender with caramelized onion, garlic and chicken broth to make the tinga marinade which coats the chicken thighs before being braised. Next, we shred the chicken from the bones and reduce the sauce even more. You’ll get the chicken, queso fresco, guacamole, and cilantro along with 3 corn tortillas. $21
