Butter Chicken – Warm a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the rice in the pan with 2 Tbsp of water. Cover and steam for 2 minutes. Remove rice to a plate and place the butter chicken in the pan and stir occasionally until warmed through.
Petite Tenderloin – Preheat the oven to 400F. Place the potatoes on a foil-lined sheet pan and roast for 10 minutes. Add the broccoli and cauliflower and continue to heat for 5 minutes. Lastly, add the beef and roast until your desired temperature. Use the chimichurri as a condiment for the steak.
Firecracker Salmon – Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Place the contents of the container in the pan, cover, and warm through ( about 3-5 minutes).
Pork Chops – Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Place the contents of the container in the pan and warm through (about 5 minutes).
Turkey Zucchini Burgers – Preheat an oven to 400F. On a foil lined sheet pan, place the potatoes on the pan and roast for 10 minutes. Then add the asparagus and turkey burgers and roast for another 5-7 minutes until heated through. Use the sumac yogurt sauce as a condiment for the burgers.
