Chicken Satay Salad Bowl – Enjoy cold

Chicken Tortilla Soup – Warm the soup in a small saucepan. Once you remove the soup to a bowl, add the tortilla strips, avocado, and queso fresco.
Manicotti – Preheat an oven to 375F. Place manicotti on a foil lined sheet pan. Cover the pan with more foil and bake for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, warm the sauce in the microwave. Once the manicotti is heated through, remove and pour sauce on top.
