Smoked Chicken with Beets – Preheat an oven to 400F. Place the chicken on a foil lined sheet pan. Heat in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until warmed through. Transfer the chicken to a plate. Keep the beet salad and the raita cold. Use the raita as a condiment on the chicken.
Ropa Vieja – Place the ropa vieja in a saucepan and heat on medium heat, covered. Toss the beef occasionally. Heat for 10 minutes or until hot. Warm the rice and beans in a microwave for fast results.

Manicotti – Preheat an oven to 375F. Pour a litte vodka sauce on the bottom of a glass baking dish. Place the manicotti on the sauce and pour the rest of the vodka sauce over the top. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
Chicken and Andouille Gumbo – Place gumbo in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat, stirring occasionally until warmed through. Heat the rice in the microwave for fastest results.
